- Refunds for defective or damaged items are available upon return and inspection of the product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged items.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable as they are tailored specifically for each order.
- Contact Lenses box/seal once opened is non refundable/non-returnable.
