- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number, reason for return, and an unboxing video as proof of any damage. This video is mandatory to validate any claims of damage upon delivery.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
